Balusen Technologies is looking for a Senior Magento Developer with at least 3 years of experience to lead projects from initiation through delivery, manage processes, and maintain team cohesion. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Magento Development experience.
• Proficiency in setting up and configuring Magento 1.X and Magento 2.X sites.
• Excellent knowledge in developing modules for E-Commerce websites.
• Strong skills in PHP, Javascript, MySQL, and OOPs concepts are mandatory.
• Full understanding of Magento themes and templating systems.
• Efficiency in creating new Magento functionality, writing extensions, integrating modules, and customizing core functionalities.
• Design and implement Magento 2 eCommerce solutions.
• Integrate with external systems, including ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, middleware, and more.
• Prepare custom solutions for clients and participate in pre and post-sales activities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers.
• Stay updated with industry changes and commerce trends.
