Job Description: As an AEM SITES Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading Adobe AEM implementations and driving transformative digital experiences. With your technical expertise and leadership skills, you will be at the forefront of large-scale Adobe transformations and help define the platform strategy for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solutions on Adobe AEM, harnessing integrations with marketing, commerce, data products, and technologies.
• Define platform strategies for clients using Adobe AEM, Creative, and Experience Cloud products.
• Develop technical solutions for client challenges, estimate project scope, and formulate delivery approaches for medium to large-scale programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise in client presentations, including engagement with C-Suite executives, and influence decision-making processes.
• Share relevant industry insights and leverage your experience to drive innovation.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of expertise in Adobe AEM, with a track record of leading successful Adobe AEM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge at an expert level of Adobe Content, Marketing, and Experience platforms.
• Proven leadership in developing online and offline experiences using Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Experience in overseeing end-to-end implementations of AEM sites within large-scale Adobe transformations.
